We aim to have all orders processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Regional Australia : please have all your Christmas shopping done by Wednesday 10th December 2024

Metro : please have all your Christmas shopping done by Friday 12th December 2024

Christmas Holiday Shut Down

Our office and warehouses will be closed for Christmas Break from Friday 19th December until Friday 2nd of January 2026 – all orders received during this time will be despatched on Monday 5 Jan.  We wish you and your loved ones a happy and safe Christmas.

We charge a flat rate of $15 for orders under $250.

Orders over $250AUD ship for FREE! in Australia.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, regional and out of Metro areas take longer to arrive. We have partnered with Australia Post as we have found them to be the quickest and most reliable Australia Wide - especially with getting from our Head Quarters on the East Coast of Australia with parcels travelling to the West Coast.

Shipping Methods and Fees US and New Zealand

A flat fee of $30 AUD is charged on all orders to New Zealand and the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the website of the shipping carrier.
