To get started, it’s crucial to understand the term  nanometers, which measures wavelengths of light and determines how far light can travel. Consider the entire light spectrum, ranging from ultraviolet (UV), spanning all the visible colours, to infrared, which is invisible to the human eye.  

The Wavelengths you need to look out for when purchasing an in home LED Mask are the following clinically proven wavelengths:

🔷 Blue Light (460nm): Reach the epidermis and eliminate acne-causing bacteria. Over two decades of research have proven its efficacy.
